Polynexus Technologies Private Limited builds software for schools, colleges and hospitals across India — Vidyam, CampusNexus and a hospital management information system — from our headquarters in Nagpur, Maharashtra.
Our story
Why we started
We kept seeing the same thing: schools, colleges and hospitals paying for software that felt old the day it was installed, that needed a machine at the gate or a server in a back room, and that was supported from a city far away by people who had never seen how the institution actually worked.
So in 2025 we incorporated Polynexus in Nagpur to build the alternative: cloud software that runs on the phones and computers institutions already have, is careful with the data it holds, and is supported by a team you can meet.
We are a new company, and we say so. We are now looking for our first partner schools, colleges and hospitals — see the Founding Partner Program on the school ERP and college ERP pages.
What we build
Three product lines
Vidyam — School ERP
Cloud school ERP: face-recognition attendance on a phone, fees and online payments, double-entry accounting, transport, hostel, library, payroll and parent/teacher/student apps.
CampusNexus — College ERP
The higher-education edition: registrar records, face-verified attendance, fees, examinations, payroll, transport, hostel and library for colleges and universities.
Hospital HMIS
A hospital management information system for OPD, IPD, pharmacy, laboratory, billing and inventory, with a patient CRM on the same database.
The same small team in Nagpur designs, builds, deploys and supports every product.

Speed is a feature
Performance is designed in from the start — database schemas, APIs and front-end render paths — not bolted on after complaints.
Security by default
Encrypted (HTTPS) connections, role-based access with audit trails, and each institution’s data isolated from every other’s.
Own every line
No white-label templates. We write and maintain our own code, so when something breaks we know exactly why.
